Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE.
Hands-on experience with on-prem/private cloud and hybrid infrastructure (enterprise data centers or hosted private cloud providers).
Strong experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of on-prem networking concepts, including VLANs, subnetting, routing, NAT, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and IP management.
Experience with exposing on-prem services to public cloud or external networks (ingress, reverse proxies, DNS, SSL/TLS).
Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using OSS tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc. ).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and container orchestration Infrastructure automation using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc. ).
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar.
Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
Good to Have:
Experience integrating on-prem infrastructure with public cloud (hybrid networking, private connectivity, and site-to-site VPNs).
Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python).
Experience with high availability, DR, and capacity planning in on-prem environments.
