Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Project Manager to lead and coordinate cloud-based projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, strategic planning expertise, and a good understanding of AWS and cloud technologies. This role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with Cloud Engineers, DevOps teams, Solution Architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Gather client requirements, define project scope, and prepare project plans.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Manage project documentation, reports, and project governance.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
Support pre-sales discussions by understanding customer requirements and coordinating with technical teams when required.
Requirements:
2- 4 years of experience in Project Management, IT Project Coordination, or Cloud Project Delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder and client management experience.
Good understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and AWS services.
Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2 VPC, IAM, S3 RDS, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, and Auto Scaling.
Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2 Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Associate Certification is preferred.
Experience working in a Cloud Services or IT Infrastructure environment will be an added advantage.
