Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers, driving technical excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:
8+ years of full-time engineering experience, with at least 2+ years of people management in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in backend technologies: Java (Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC), microservices.
Experience in system design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
Proven track record of leading teams through 0-1 product journeys and scaling systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes a plus).
Familiarity with front-end development principles and how they integrate with backend systems.
Solid grasp of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, Agile practices.
Prior exposure to high-scale product environments.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
