Analytics Manager

We are hiring a Manager - Analytics to build and lead our analytics function. This role is about ownership. You will define how we measure performance, create structure in ambiguity, and turn production data into business clarity. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership as the product-facing analytics leader, ensuring decisions are data-backed, measurable, and scalable. This role sits at the intersection of product performance, revenue impact, and operational excellence. You will not just build dashboards. You will define what matters.
Responsibilities:
Define and standardise KPIs across product performance, coding accuracy, adoption, and revenue impact.
Build scalable reporting frameworks and metric governance.
Partner with Product and Engineering & GTM team to structure and solve complex problems.
Translate high-volume production data into actionable insights.
Mentor and grow the analytics team.
Bring discipline to reporting and reduce adhoc decision making.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Analytics / Data roles.
1-2+ years managing and mentoring analysts.
Experience working in fast-scaling startups or B2B SaaS environments.
Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, aggregations, performance optimisation).
Strong Python for data analysis (hands-on with pandas; comfortable handling messy datasets).
Experience working with production-scale data systems.
Proven experience defining and owning KPIs that influenced business decisions
Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured analytical frameworks.
Experience working with AI-driven products or leveraging AI/LLM tools to analyse large-scale datasets and generate insights.
