Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a full-stack developer to build internal tools and customer dashboards that power our operations and give our clients visibility into their medical coding performance. You'll own products end-to-end - from requirements gathering to deployment - building systems that directly impact our ability to scale. This is a builder role for someone who loves creating tools from scratch, not maintaining legacy systems.
Responsibilities:
Customer dashboards: Real-time analytics showing coding accuracy, throughput, cost savings, and compliance metrics.
Workow automation tools: Systems to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency.
Data visualisation interfaces: Complex data presented in intuitive, actionable formats.
Own complete features from design through deployment (frontend + backend + database).
Collaborate directly with stakeholders (operations, sales, customer success) to understand needs.
Build for iteration - ship MVPs, gather feedback, improve rapidly.
Make architectural decisions for new tools and systems.
Write production-quality code with proper error handling, testing, and monitoring.
Balance speed with quality - knowing when to move fast vs when to invest in robustness.
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong React.js skills - hooks, component design, state management, performance optimisation.
Backend prociency in Java/Spring Boot.
Database experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL - schema design, query optimisation, migrations.
Proven end-to-end ownership - examples of building complete features/tools from scratch.
Product company or startup experience - fast-paced environments where you wore multiple hats.
Strong communication - you can talk to non-technical stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions.
Tech Stack:
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Redux/Context API, modern CSS.
Backend: Java/Spring Boot.
Database: PostgreSQL, Redis for caching.
Infrastructure: GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
Tools: Git, Spinnaker/GitHub Actions, Grafana, New Relic.
Strong Plus (Not Required):
Experience with Next.js for SSR/SSG.
Healthcare domain knowledge or regulated industry experience.
Data visualisation libraries (Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js ).
Real-time systems (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, polling strategies).
Microservices architecture experience.
LLM/AI integration experience.
