Principal Product Manager - AI

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of high-impact B2B SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling enterprise-grade products, driving cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience in launching or scaling AI-powered products/platforms is highly preferred, particularly products that leverage AI for workflow automation, predictive intelligence, decision-making, optimisation, or operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product lines.
Identify market opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality products.
Define product requirements, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions.
Lead product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Establish product KPIs and use data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices across the organisation.
Requirements:
8+ years of Product Management experience.
At least 3+ years in B2B SaaS product companies.
Strong experience owning products from concept to launch and scale.
Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience defining product metrics and driving business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building AI/ML-enabled products at scale.
Exposure to data products, analytics platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise software.
MBA or an engineering background preferred.
Experience working with high-growth startups or product-led organisations.
