AI Engineer - 1

As an AI Engineer - I, you will work closely with our AI and Product teams to build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy NLP and Generative AI models. You will contribute to the complete AI lifecycle from experimentation and model development to production deployment and optimization.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, fine-tune, and optimize NLP and Generative AI models for production use cases.
Work with Transformer-based architectures and modern LLM ecosystems to develop intelligent AI applications.
Develop model evaluation pipelines, conduct experiments, and improve model performance through data-driven iterations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Contribute to AI product development with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and real-world impact.
Requirements:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or NLP-focused roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks.
Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) fundamentals and Transformer architectures.
Hands-on experience in model building, training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Strong foundations in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Bachelor's/Master's degree from top engineering institutes such as IITs, IISc, IIITs, BITS, or leading NITs.
Good to Have:
Experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model optimization techniques.
Publications, research papers, patents, or participation in AI/ML competitions.
Exposure to cloud-based AI deployment and MLOps practices.
