Sales Executive

We are seeking candidates who have strong communication skills, a passion for fitness sales, and the ability to drive membership conversions while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, follow-ups, and local promotional activities.
Counsel prospective clients on gym memberships, fitness packages, and promotional offers.
Convert inquiries into successful sales closures.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new members.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable membership solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Support marketing campaigns and local outreach initiatives to increase memberships.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or gym/fitness sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive sales approach.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Candidates residing near Breach Candy or nearby Mumbai locations will be highly preferred for ease of commute.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling are added advantages.
Passion for the fitness industry and customer engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
