Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in technical program management, customer onboarding, implementation delivery, or a similar role in a SaaS / technology environment.
3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and/or working with enterprise clients.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and drive execution across APIs, data integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
Proven experience coordinating work across engineering, data, and product teams.
Strong understanding of Jira (or equivalent tools) and structured delivery tracking / reporting.
Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with clear prioritization and execution discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including risk and dependency management.
