Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customization projects, integrations, development, and executing data migrations.
A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
Must Haves:
Hands-on experience in Admin (Profile, permission set, Workflow Rule, Process Builder); APEX, Lightning Components (Aura / Lightning Web Components); Integration (Web Services / APIs / Mulesoft or TIBCO); Deployment (Change Set / Managed and Unmanaged Packages / Patches and Packages and DevOps).
Worked on projects involving Sales and Service Cloud with FSL. Marketing Cloud will be an added advantage.
Should have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Market Cloud.
Preferred Skills:
Enterprise solution experience with the ability to propose pitfalls and suggest optimized design.
Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes.
Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
Preferred Credentials:
Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Desire to work in an information systems environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Work Mode: 5 days working (3 days WFO - 2 days WFH) - UK Time shift (2-11 PM)
