We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the growth and optimization of Selsmart's reverse logistics platform. The role involves owning end-to-end product development for appliance pickup and collection operations, improving operational efficiency, partner productivity, SLA adherence, and customer experience. You will work closely with operations, logistics partners, customer support, and engineering teams to build scalable solutions, streamline SOP-driven workflows, and leverage data-driven insights to solve complex logistics challenges. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for professionals with experience in reverse logistics, last-mile operations, or transportation technology environments.
Responsibilities:
Own products and workflows supporting reverse logistics operations, from pickup creation to successful collection.
Work closely with operations, logistics partners, customer support, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Design and improve SOP-driven processes that help scale operations while maintaining service quality.
Build products that improve pickup success rates, partner productivity, SLA adherence, and operational visibility.
Define and track operational metrics and use data to drive product decisions.
Identify exceptions, failure points, and manual dependencies, and build scalable solutions to address them.
Spend time with operations teams and field stakeholders to understand real-world challenges and translate them into product improvements.
Drive product execution from problem definition through launch and measurement.
Requirements:
4+ years of Product Management experience.
2+ years of experience working on reverse logistics products.
Experience building products used by operations teams, field agents, dispatch teams, or logistics partners.
Strong understanding of operational workflows, SOPs, process design, and exception management.
Experience working with high-volume logistics operations.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions.
Ability to work independently and drive execution across teams.
Preferred:
Experience in reverse logistics, pickups, last-mile logistics, returns, or transportation operations.
Experience working at Reverse Logistics companies or similar logistics organizations.
Experience with partner allocation, routing, dispatch, pickup operations, or field workforce management.
