Responsibilities:
Build backend and systems components from design through production.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable code, using AI tools where they help.
Turn product and customer problems into clear technical solutions.
Debug across distributed systems, databases, cloud, and networking.
Participate in code reviews and uphold a high engineering bar.
Work directly with founders, product, and customer-facing teams.
Requirements:
1.5+ years of strong software engineering experience.
Strong coding ability in Go, C, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
Good fundamentals in OS, distributed systems, databases, or security.
Ability to work through ambiguity and learn quickly.
High ownership and reliable execution.
Good judgment on when to move fast vs. when correctness matters.
