B. Tech preferably in Computer Science from Top Tier colleges in India.
9+ years of backend software development experience with a strong command of system design and distributed systems.
Expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Proven track record of owning and scaling production systems end-to-end.
Experience building high-performance APIs, data processing systems, or ML infrastructure.
A startup mindset bias for ownership, clarity in chaos, and a drive to ship meaningful work fast.
