We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong MLOps expertise in designing, building, and deploying scalable machine learning solutions. You'll work closely with our AI teams, product owners, and global engineering teams in the Netherlands, USA, and India. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape our ML models and infrastructure and ensure robust, production-ready pipelines.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, deployment, and monitoring).
Develop and optimize deep learning models for computer vision tasks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Drive MLOps best practices: CI/CD for ML, model versioning, reproducibility, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ensure scalable deployment on cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) using Docker and microservices.
Conduct experiments, analyze results, and select optimal models for production.
Requirements:
5+ years in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on MLOps.
Strong skills in Python (clean, maintainable code; PEP-8/20 compliance).
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
Strong knowledge of ML pipeline tools (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Airflow).
Proficiency in cloud deployment and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with data analysis (NumPy, Pandas) and image processing (OpenCV).
Experience with CI/CD, testing (TDD), and Git workflows.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of object detection, object tracking, LLMs, and agents.
Experience with edge computing optimization and hardware constraints.
Knowledge of cameras (e. g., CCD), lenses, optics (human vs. machine vision)
Published research or contributions to open-source projects.
