Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you'll primarily be responsible for advising clients on their leadership and talent requirements and for finding the right fit. On a need basis, you will be encouraged to also take up other projects that fall under the gamut of people excellence. You are a hustler and can connect well with people, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
In this role, you'll have to be well-read and aware of current talent trends; you will have to engage with top talent throughout the process, expertly assess and evaluate talent for various roles, and facilitate candidates through the close. You will use your leadership and candidate-influencing skills. Being one of the core members of the team, you'll also be involved in designing and executing business growth and expansion strategies.
Responsibilities:
Partner with clients across different sectors and assist them in fulfilling their talent needs.
Create and execute search strategies across different available platforms in the ecosystem.
Identify, evaluate, and present talent matching multiple requirements.
Identify active and passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
Leverage strategic thinking, influencing, and coaching skills to run a successful search process and help hire extraordinary talent.
Take up and deliver other projects in the people excellence function.
Requirements:
Any full-time grad/post-grad with 1 - 2 years of consulting/in-house recruitment experience.
Strong inclination to work in the talent and recruitment industry.
Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation.
A juggler, someone who can handle multiple roles simultaneously, is adaptable and can think on their feet.
Ability to prioritize requirements effectively based on insights.
Someone with good communication skills (written and verbal) who can articulate well.
Can easily form a rapport with clients and candidates.
Enthusiastic and open to learning.
Is resilient and takes ownership.
