Requirements:
2 -3 years of experience required to perform essential job functions.
Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): 2+ years of experience in a systems quality environment or other applicable experience.
Knowledge of the relevant technical computing environment(s), including operating system, database management system, and application development framework.
Solid understanding of test case management tools, test case generation techniques, and problem tracking/reporting systems.
Solid understanding of current business processes in at least one functional business area.
Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and understand business activity and information models to develop appropriate test plans.
Demonstrated ability to perform functional, integration, and regression testing and to accurately evaluate and document the results.
Some experience using automated testing tools and tracking systems.
Solid analytical ability and communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with business personnel, IS management and staff.
Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner and take responsibility for results.
Must Have Skills:
Experience in defining and designing manual test cases, test strategies and test plans.
Familiar with programming languages such as C# and JavaScript.
Ability to ensure software quality through structured testing practices.
SQL skills and advanced data analysis capabilities.
Familiar with testing tools, frameworks, and test automation.
