We are hiring a Senior Agentic Automation Developer to build and scale next-generation automation systems across healthcare workflows. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has real-world experience building automation that works in production, not just in controlled environments.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Build Intelligent Automation:
Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using RPA, Power Automate, and custom frameworks.
Develop agentic workflows with decision-making, retries, and adaptive logic.
Integrate automation with APIs, data systems, and enterprise workflows.
Solve Real-World Automation Challenges:
Work with systems involving multi-factor authentication (MFA / 2FA), CAPTCHA and bot-detection mechanisms, and dynamic web applications.
Build robust error handling, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms.
Work Around Automation Blockers:
Choose the right approach across the following: Browser automation (Playwright, Selenium), API-based integration, RPA tools, and hybrid human-in-the-loop workflows.
Handle session management, authentication, and anti-bot constraints.
Mentor and Lead:
Guide junior team members on automation best practices.
Help establish reusable patterns and scalable automation frameworks.
Drive quality and reliability standards.
Work on Healthcare RCM Use Cases:
Build automation across US healthcare workflows, such as: Eligibility checks, Claims status and follow-ups, Denials workflows, Payer portal interactions
Customer Engagement and Communication:
Work with internal and client-facing teams to understand business workflows and requirements.
Participate in requirements gathering and solution design discussions.
Translate business problems into scalable automation solutions.
Clearly communicate feasibility, trade-offs, and delivery approach.
Support client demos and solution walkthroughs when needed.
Expectations:
RPA platforms.
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate).
Custom automation (Python, browser automation).
AI-driven and agentic workflows.
You will also help solve complex automation challenges in environments with authentication barriers, dynamic interfaces, and system constraints.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA / automation development.
Experience with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) or strong custom automation using Python.
Experience incorporating AI/LLMs into workflows.
Prior experience with US healthcare RCM automation.
Technical Skills:
Strong programming skills (Python preferred).
Solid SQL skills.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Experience with browser automation tools (Playwright, Selenium).
Strong understanding of MFA/CAPTCHA/bot detection challenges, session handling and automation reliability.
Microsoft Power Platform Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows).
Experience building: Workflow automations, approval processes, event-driven and scheduled flows.
Ability to integrate with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, APIs and external systems.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, custom connectors and environment management.
Strong judgment on when to use the Power Platform vs custom solutions.
Healthcare (Preferred but Important):
Experience with US healthcare RCM workflows.
Familiarity with payer portals, claims lifecycle, and denials processes.
