Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse financial reports and statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Develop and maintain financial models using Excel.
Monitor business performance and key financial metrics.
Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Support compliance and improve financial processes.
Record and manage commercial entries in Tally ERP.
Work closely with finance and other departments to support business decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role (preferred).
Good knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and financial statements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Professional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an added advantage.
