This is a backfill requirement for a Data Architect who was an offer drop last week. Previous hiring learnings/challenges were that most candidates were senior Data Engineers aspiring to become Architects rather than experienced Data Architects. Brit is looking for candidates with proven experience as a Data Architect with a minimum of 2-3 years across multiple enterprise data platforms.
Requirements:
7+ years of overall experience, who has started as a Data Engineer and then moved into Data Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Architect.
Strong expertise in: Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Modelling- logical, physical and conceptual data, Data Governance, Enterprise Data Management.
Experience designing end-to-end enterprise data platforms across multiple systems.
