Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to build intuitive, high-performance web applications using modern React-based architectures. In this hybrid role based in Gurugram, you'll collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver scalable user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead front-end development for complex React.js applications, implementing component-based architectures and optimising for performance.
Design and develop responsive UIs across devices using HTML5 CSS3 SASS/LESS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
Manage application state effectively with Redux, ensuring predictable data flow in large-scale projects.
Collaborate with designers using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to translate wireframes into production-ready code.
Write comprehensive unit tests to maintain code quality and facilitate CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor junior developers on best practices in TypeScript, React patterns, and responsive design principles.

Experience: 6- 10 years in front-end development; proven React projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive, production-grade React applications.
Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite/Webpack) and performance optimisation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Next.js or React ecosystem tools.
Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards and PWAs.
Hybrid work adaptability with excellent communication for cross-functional teams.
