Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Bupa is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable CRM solutions supporting business and customer engagement platforms. You will work closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Implement plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, and dashboards.
Work with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) integrations.
Develop and maintain C#/. NET-based CRM extensions.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST / Web APIs.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Support deployments, upgrades, and production issues.
Collaborate with functional consultants, QA, and business teams.
Requirements:
6-9 years of overall experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong hands-on experience in C#, . NET, and JavaScript.
Expertise in Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Knowledge of Dataverse, Security Roles, Business Rules.
Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions - good to have).
Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or BFSI domain.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
