Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Healthcare Technology, Solution Architecture, and System Integration to lead secondary care technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience working with healthcare systems such as PAS, PACS, EMR, and clinical platforms, along with knowledge of HL7 FHIR and DICOM standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, integration, and support of healthcare technology solutions.
Work with Product Managers, architects, clinical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Drive solution architecture from discovery to implementation.
Manage healthcare system integrations like PAS, PACS, EMR, cardiology, oncology, and AICU systems.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HL7 FHIR and DICOM.
Provide technical leadership, governance, and decision-making support.
Handle change management, release planning, migrations, upgrades, and decommissioning.
Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and architecture designs.
Improve development standards, processes, and engineering practices.
Support vendor selection, RFP/RFI evaluations, and procurement activities.
Ensure security, PHI/PII protection, resilience, and continuity of care.
Resolve technical issues and guide cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Requirements:
Healthcare IT systems knowledge (PAS, PACS, EMR, clinical systems).
Ability in Integration architecture and solution design.
Good to have HL7 FHIR, DICOM standards.
Experience in Agile and Product-based delivery.
Knowledge of Application development and infrastructure.
Nice to have System migration, upgrade, and integration experience.
Experience with Documentation and technical specification writing.
Understanding of Enterprise architecture and governance.
Vendor management and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of Security, compliance, and data protection.
