Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to build and deploy production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, API integrations, and modern AI orchestration frameworks. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
Build and optimise RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt workflows.
Design AI agents, tool/function-calling systems, and multi-agent workflows.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems.
Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring, logging, and guardrails for AI systems.
Ensure security, privacy, scalability, and cost optimisation of AI applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
Requirements:
Strong programming skills in Python and backend/API development.
Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
Hands-on experience with RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Azure AI Search).
Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Structured Outputs, and MCP.
Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring, observability, testing, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Good to Have:
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or UiPath.
Exposure to regulated environments and secure AI development practices.
