Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Cyber Security.
Training or certifications in SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, or related Cyber Security areas.
5+ years' experience in IAM engineering, with demonstrated senior or lead responsibilities
Strong hands-on expertise with: Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory, SailPoint ISC (or equivalent IGA platforms)
Privileged Access Management solutions (BeyondTrust, CyberArk or similar)
Deep understanding of identity governance, lifecycle management, and least-privilege principles.
Strong knowledge of authentication and authorisation protocols (SAML, OAuth2 OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP).
Proven capability in scripting and automation (PowerShell and/or Python).
Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory obligations in large enterprises.
Key relationships: Internal: Cyber Security engineering teams, IAM Engineering, IT Operations, Application Owners, Risk & Compliance. External: Vendors supporting SailPoint ISC, Microsoft Entra ID and BeyondTrust Password Safe.
