Engineering Manager (Dynamics 365)

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, delivery, and support of enterprise applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership experience, managing engineering teams while driving architecture, delivery excellence, and business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage engineering teams working on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Drive solution architecture, design, and technical governance.
Oversee project delivery, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and release management.
Mentor, coach, and develop engineers while supporting hiring and team growth.
Lead Dynamics 365 customisation, integration, and data migration initiatives.
Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
Strong Azure Cloud experience.
Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and data migration.
Team management and people leadership experience.
Agile delivery and project management experience.

Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
