We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead - AI to drive the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with experience building production-ready AI applications. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-powered products.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI-powered applications using Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG.
Build and deploy production-ready AI solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Design AI agent workflows and orchestration for complex business use cases.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define technical solutions.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.
Evaluate and implement emerging AI frameworks and technologies.
Ensure engineering best practices, security, observability, and governance across AI applications.
Drive innovation by adopting AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
Requirements:
12-15 years of software engineering experience with technical leadership responsibilities.
Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG.
Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
Proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflows, and model evaluation.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and API design.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
Exposure to Multi-Agent AI systems and AI workflow orchestration.
Experience building AI products for large-scale B2C platforms.
Familiarity with MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.
