Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' proven experience delivering complex technical change within data, digital, or technology-led environments.
Understanding of data platform methodologies and architecture approaches (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault, Data Mesh, Data Products, Lakehouse, etc. )
The ability to document architectural designs in the form of conceptual, logical and physical models.
Ability to discuss enterprise data and the impact on a business, including master data management, data quality, data literacy and initiatives such as single customer view.
Ability to present technical solutions in a way that engages both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Modelling, Data Strategy / Governance, Data Visualisation, Data Science / AI, DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure, Application Integration.
Experienced in the delivery of complex data and AI solutions.
Strategic and operational decision-making skills.
Ability to guide, direct or influence people.
Ability to identify opportunities and issues.
Willingness to learn based on feedback.
Able to help others develop.
Willingness to stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices.
Experience working within agile, fast-moving environments.
