Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience across modern frontend engineering, Python-based backend development, and AWS cloud deployment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building user-facing applications, secure backend APIs, and production-grade systems that can scale with business growth.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain responsive, reusable, and performant web applications using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
Develop secure, scalable, and well-structured backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI. Integrate frontend interfaces with REST APIs and backend services while ensuring reliability and maintainability.
Work with AWS services for hosting, deployment, storage, monitoring, and environment management.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Write clean, testable, and production-ready code with strong attention to performance, security, and code quality.
Participate in debugging, code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical problem-solving across the stack.
Support CI/CD, release processes, and cloud deployments for production applications.
The candidate will have requirements across the following functions:
Frontend:
Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js .
Good command of Tailwind CSS, responsive UI development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Understanding of component design, state management, routing, and frontend architecture.
Backend / Cloud:
Strong Python development experience with FastAPI.
Experience in API design, authentication, validation, middleware, async workflows, and backend structure.
Hands-on exposure to AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53 and related deployment workflows.
Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, along with Git-based development workflows.
Added Advantage: AI / Agentic Systems:
Experience in building AI-powered product features or workflow automation solutions.
Exposure to LLM integrations through platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
Hands-on experience in creating AI agents, multi-step workflows, or agentic systems for tasks such as document understanding, summarization, classification, extraction, or decision support. Application patterns.
Understanding of prompt design, context management, structured outputs, guardrails, and practical AI.
Familiarity with frameworks or ecosystems such as LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, OCR/document AI pipelines, or retrieval-based systems is a strong plus.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience of 4-6 years in full-stack development.
