Responsibilities:
Architecture, design, and development of Chatsee's core systems: high-volume ingestion pipelines, agent telemetry + observability engine, analytics and risk-classification platform, LLM reasoning, eval layers, and agent-behaviour models.
End-to-end delivery: design, architecture, implementation, performance.
Lead and mentor a high-calibre engineering team across Python, LLMs, front-end, and DevOps.
Collaborate directly with executive leadership on roadmap, platform evolution, and scaling decisions.
Institute world-class engineering standards (quality, security, reliability, testing).
Guide UI development for complex agent-behaviour visualisations.
Recruit, upskill, and shape the future India engineering team.
