Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience building production-grade, resilient, and scalable systems.
5+ years of experience building RESTful web services using NodeJS, with strong architectural instincts.
5+ years of experience writing batch/cron jobs using Python and shell scripting.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, JSON, and REST-based application design.
Hands-on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies, including MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and similar databases.
Solid command of Git and branching strategies in collaborative team environments.
Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on GCP or AWS, with working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive engineering quality across the team.
Comfortable operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks, actively contributing to sprint ceremonies, grooming sessions, and cross-functional planning.
