Full Stack Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in building scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership, and execution, with ownership of both product delivery and team development.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers.
Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Technical Leadership:
Drive architecture, design, and development of scalable systems.
Provide hands-on guidance in both frontend and backend development.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Delivery and Execution:
Own end-to-end delivery of projects from planning to deployment.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define and deliver features.
Ensure timely delivery with high quality and reliability.
Hiring and Scaling:
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building high-performing teams.
Improve engineering processes, tools, and productivity.
Requirements:
7-12 years of software engineering experience.
2-5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Proven experience in system design and scalable architecture.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Tech Stack:
Frontend: React / Angular / Vue.
Backend: Node.js / Java / Python.
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure.
Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
