Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various technology teams regularly to obtain their compliance data that will be used for compliance reporting.
Review our compliance data for completeness and accuracy.
Track patching, security hardening, and password compliance remediation progress with target dates in monthly reports.
Receive, review, and collate reports from multiple platforms into the executive consumable dashboard.
Participate in biweekly platform management meetings and governance meetings; document and publish minutes for all governance meetings.
Maintain appropriate artifacts to support governance processes and audits.
Continuously maintain our governance dashboards with the overall status of non-compliance that includes assessed operational risk.
Participate in technology governance project work as required.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in technology governance methodologies.
Cross-Functional Relationship:
Collaborates with business units, cross-functional teams, and risk management to ensure accurate and timely provisioning.
Coordinates with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Experience: 7+ years of experience.
5+ years of experience with technology governance.
Proficient with Microsoft Power BI.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient with ServiceNow.
Proficient in technology, governance automation, and AI integration.
Experience with PowerShell and Power BI scripting.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in application access.
