Associate Product Manager

We are seeking a driven Associate Product Manager to join the product team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS platform solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Compliance teams to define, develop, and enhance product features across a multi-service comparison and switching platform. This role is ideal for a strong product individual contributor who enjoys owning features end-to-end, translating business needs into clear product requirements, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and using data to drive product decisions in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and PRD creation to development, launch, and iteration.
Translate business requirements into clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering teams.
Collaborate with UX designers on user journeys, wireframes, and usability improvements.
Work closely with Business, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to align product initiatives.
Support API-based integrations and platform enhancements.
Requirements:
3 - 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager in a product-based organisation.
Hands-on experience working on SaaS or platform products.
Strong expertise in writing PRDs, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Exposure to Fintech / BFSI domains is preferred.
Experience working with API-driven products and third-party integrations.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
Experience working in fast-paced, scaling product environments.
