Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience who can build and deploy scalable AI solutions, with strong expertise in recommendation systems, NLP/chatbots, Agentic AI, and LLMs, along with hands-on experience in MCP Orchestration, Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design and optimize recommendation systems to improve user experience and engagement.
Build and deploy NLP-based chatbots to automate customer interactions and business workflows.
Develop Generative AI solutions for content generation and process automation.
Apply and fine-tune LLMs (e. g., GPT, BERT) to solve business-specific problems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable and reliable ML models in production.
Mentor junior team members and drive adoption of best practices in AI/ML development.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience (must-have) in Data Science/Machine Learning with a strong focus on building and deploying AI models.
Expertise in recommendation systems, including collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, and content-based filtering.
Experience with MCP Orchestration (must-have) or building multi-agent AI Systems.
Hands-on experience with NLP and chatbots (must-have) using conversational AI frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs (must-have), including transformer models (GPT, BERT, and T5) and GANs.
Proficiency in ML frameworks and programming (must-have): Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Hugging Face, and NLTK.
Experience with cloud platforms (must-have) such as AWS (including Bedrock), GCP, or Azure for deploying and scaling ML models.
