Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by acquiring new customers for Air Freight, Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Clearance, and end-to-end Freight Forwarding services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross profit, and customer acquisition targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
Identify new market opportunities, industry segments, trade lanes, and potential customers to expand the business portfolio.
Lead commercial negotiations, RFQ/RFP submissions, contract discussions, and pricing proposals to secure profitable business.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, and overseas partners to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and freight rate movements to develop competitive and customer-centric offerings.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and pipeline reviews while ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
