Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Bridging the gap between the customer and On-Cloud SAAS Platform by conducting in-depth requirements analysis and demonstrating solutions.
Assisting in the effective delivery of multiple projects by understanding the client's requirements, systems and processes.
Track all requirements in JIRA board with detailed requirements analysis and workflows
Assisting with the onboarding of partners to our platform, providing support for testing and ad hoc technical support throughout.
Assisting with the delivery of marketing material, campaigns, and customer outreach.
Participating and actively contributing to ongoing client relationships to drive satisfaction along with the sales and product team.
Capturing, documenting and clearly articulating client requirements; designing the solution; documenting; and obtaining sign-off along with the Scientific domain team.
Attending client site to act as pre-sales when required.
Working with the Product Manager/Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget and escalate critical issues to the development team.
Writing and collating user stories and continuing to manage the user stories through to delivery.
Supporting the end users/customers by raising issues with the QA team during the user acceptance testing process.
Participating in technical design reviews and workshops.
Developing positive and productive relationships internally with Delivery, Product and Technical Support, and externally with customers, external partners and service providers.
Providing support to the department during the onboarding of major new clients, product roadmap development, new product releases, service upgrades and changes driven by new and existing customer requirements.
Developing a strong technical understanding of our own and clients' systems.
Requirements:
5 years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst in a software development company, preferably in NGS Clinical genomics or multi-omics SAAS.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and see them through to completion within stipulated timelines.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written.
The ability to manage own time and prioritise accordingly to deliver for internal and external parties to tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet to meet requirements under pressure.
Knowledge of API-driven and SaaS-based technology solutions (desirable).
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, etc required.
Knowledge and exposure to healthcare software or participation in product development (desirable).
Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in life sciences, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology/genetics, healthcare informatics.
