Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows.
Build AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool orchestration.

Implement AI monitoring, evaluation, and guardrail frameworks.
Collaborate with software engineering and product teams for AI solution development.

Contribute to long-term architecture decisions for enterprise AI systems.
Document workflows, technical specifications, and AI implementation guidelines.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or software development.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and software development best practices.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based applications.
Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models.
Experience in API integrations and backend services.
Experience working in Linux environments and cloud ecosystems.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in international, multicultural teams.
