The "AI-Native" DNA This is not a traditional software engineering role. We believe the future of coding is AI-assisted. You are expected to be an AI-Native Engineer: You don't just write code; you orchestrate it. You leverage tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLMs to write code, generate test cases, debug, and perform RCAs at 10x speed. You are Full-Stack + AI. You are comfortable setting up a backend API, building a quick UI, and engineering a complex RAG pipeline in the same sprint.
Responsibilities:
Architect complex Agentic Systems (multi-agent orchestration, planning, and memory management).
Drive the Distillation Strategy: Lead efforts to convert massive models into smaller, task-specific models for cost efficiency.
Define best practices for "AI-Native Development" across the org.
Act as a technical liaison between Business Leaders and Engineering.
Design end-to-end architecture for mid-sized AI applications.
Mentor Grade 8/9/10 engineers on AI-native workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
8-12 years' exp. Deep expertise in Distributed Systems and NLP.
Experience deploying LLMs at scale.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
