Responsibilities:
Design and develop mediation workflows and transformations in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable MZ solutions.
Work closely with Billing, CRM, and downstream teams for integrations.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of mediation jobs.
Support production deployments and provide L3 support when needed.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone (MZ) development.
Strong knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments.
Understanding of Telecom Billing and Telecom BSS processes.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with any Billing system.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, version control, etc. ).
