Senior Development Engineer in Test - 2

Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices.
Lead end-to-end test automation strategy for assigned modules/services.
Build and maintain robust, reusable, and maintainable test suites.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates.
Perform API, integration, and system testing across distributed systems.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for test environments and execution.
Drive shift-left testing (early validation, test design during development).
Collaborate with developers to improve testability, observability, and code quality.
Analyze production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers and guide best practices.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation and development.
Hands-on experience with Playwright / Selenium / Cypress (Playwright preferred).
Strong programming skills in JavaScript / Java / Python.
Solid experience in API testing (REST, contract testing, mocking).
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc. ).
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / OpenStack / similar).
Strong understanding of test design techniques, frameworks, and patterns.
Experience working with microservices architecture.
Skills are automation testing. Cloud TypeScript Kuberentes Docker Openstack.
Good to Have:
Experience in performance testing (JMeter, Locust, etc. ).
Exposure to AI/ML or AI-driven testing tools.
Knowledge of security testing basics.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc. ).
Understanding of service virtualization and test data management.
Soft Skills:

Ability to drive tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication with cross-functional teams.
