HR Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end hiring across sales, telecalling, operations, product, and tech teams, including bulk hiring, managing recruitment partners, planning workforce requirements, handling the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exits), and defining and tracking KRAs/KPIs and incentive structures.
Driving performance management and productivity, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and Shops and Establishments.
Act and POSH requirements.
Drafting and enforcing HR policies, handling employee grievances and engagement initiatives.
Building a performance-driven culture and presenting HR analytics and reports to founders and leadership for decision-making.
