Manager M&A Strategy

Responsibilities:
Oversee integration and carve-out strategy with clear execution governance.
Own end-to-end standalone, synergy, IT, and commercial diligence engagements.
Lead client, investor and board-level discussions with confidence and clarity.
Identify risks, quantify synergies, and define value creation strategy.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing deal teams.
Contribute to business development and help shape the India platform.
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in consulting, M& A, or transaction advisory.
Strong track record of leading teams and managing senior client stakeholders.
Deep analytical capability across financial and operational drivers.
Experience with private equity or cross-border engagements preferred.
Flexibility to work across US time zones given the front-end, client-facing nature of the role.
