Graphic Designer

We're looking for a graphic designer who understands performance marketing, not just aesthetics. This role is ideal for someone who can create high-converting, premium D2C creatives across digital channels. You'll work closely with marketing and growth teams to design creatives that drive clicks, conversions and brand recalls, especially in the food and health/nutrition category.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Performance-Driven Design:
Create high-conversion creatives for Instagram Ads, Google Display Ads, website banners and landing pages.
Understand ad hooks, CTAs, and conversion-focused layouts.
Social Media and Content:
Design engaging social media posts aligned with brand voice.
Create/edit short-form content, including posts with supers (text overlays) and basic video edits with voiceovers (VO).
AI and Tools:
Use AI design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
Stay updated with the latest design and marketing trends.
Category Understanding:
Build creatives suited for food, nutrition, and health-focused audiences.
Translate product benefits into clean, premium, trust-building visuals.
Requirements:
Experience in performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google Ads).
Strong portfolio showcasing D2C / conversion-led design work.
Understanding of ad psychology, hooks, and user behaviour.
Hands-on with social media creatives and basic video editing.
Familiarity with AI design tools.
