Sales Associate - Retail

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Representatives to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an appealing store environment that reflects the brand's image and values.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support effective selling.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Manage stock levels, assist in inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Support store operations, including housekeeping, replenishment, and display management.
Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand values at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate / 12th pass with proven retail sales experience (1-5 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and sales.
Good understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
