As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll own the infrastructure and deployment systems that make all three possible at scale. The AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems that every Daloopa team depends on. The reliability and observability that let us confidently push faster and broaden coverage without sacrificing accuracy. You'll partner with engineering across the company, set standards, and have real freedom to propose solutions to scalability problems as we grow.
Responsibilities:
Architect, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure that supports the reliable, scalable operation of Daloopa's data platform.
Build and operate containerized applications using Docker, orchestrated with Kubernetes, and packaged with Helm.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that make deployments fast, safe, and predictable.
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
Drive system observability and proactive incident response to maintain high availability.
Implement security best practices to protect data and infrastructure across our environments.
Partner with software, ML, and product teams to translate their requirements into scalable infrastructure.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a DevOps or infrastructure engineer with strong AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm chops.
Hands-on with infrastructure as code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
Solid CI/CD experience: deployment automation, observability, rollback strategies.
Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
Track record of implementing security best practices in cloud environments.
Comfortable troubleshooting complex production issues across distributed systems.
Clear communicator who can work across engineering teams without becoming a bottleneck.
Bonus Points for:
Experience scaling infrastructure for data-intensive or ML-heavy workloads.
Familiarity with EKS at production scale.
Background in fintech, financial data, or other compliance-heavy environments.
Open-source contributions or community work in DevOps tooling.
