UI / UX Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our design team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-end visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a sophisticated design aesthetic and stays ahead of the curve by integrating AI design tools and motion graphics into their workflow.
Responsibilities:
Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, web banners, E-Mailers, and print collateral.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
AI-Enhanced Design: Use AI tools (e. g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio) to expedite creative workflows, generate mockups, and enhance image manipulation.
Motion and Video: Create engaging short-form video content, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing and Content teams to translate strategic briefs into high-impact visuals.
Production Management: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality output for physical branding materials.
Requirements:
3-5 years in a professional design role (agency or in-house). A strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and digital design is a must.
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Modern Tooling: Working knowledge of Figma (for UI/web layouts) and After Effects or Premiere Pro (for motion/video).
AI Integration: Experience with generative AI tools for image creation and design automation.
Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts.
Creative Thinking: Ability to take a seed of an idea and develop it into a full visual concept.
