Responsibilities:
Own testing across the SDLC: build test plans against requirements, find gaps, execute manual and automated checks, signoff, and monitor/report operational issues, flagging teammates when appropriate.
Communicate technical specifics clearly, in writing and verbally, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders (engineering, product, support) to drive the best possible outcomes for the team, the company, and the customers.
Requirements:
Strong exploratory/manual testing instincts.
Have basic coding proficiency and CI/CD experience to write, run, and automate tests and testing pipelines.
Are detail-oriented, precise, and analytical; test, report, and triage results rigorously, including clear and reproducible bug reports with severity assessments.
Are self-driven; can effectively dispatch blockers and resolve questions and uncertainty independently.
Can learn technical and domain knowledge on the fly, including new technologies, tooling, customer needs, etc.
