Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Full Stack Developers and mentor junior engineers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and React.js .
Architect robust backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and React.js .
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Strong understanding of HTML5 CSS3 Redux/Context API.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of Redis, caching mechanisms, and message queues.
Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with GraphQL.
Experience in system design and distributed systems.
Knowledge of Next.js .
Experience with serverless architecture.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
