As an Accounts and Finance Manager, you'll manage and streamline the financial backbone of our business, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency across all money flows.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting - AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and ledger entries.
Ensure accurate and timely vendor and rider payments.
Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (PT, PF, ESIC, and tax filings).
Prepare and review financial statements - P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Collaborate with operations and product teams to align financial processes with business workflows.
Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring zero compliance gaps.
Track receivables and collections, maintaining healthy cash flow.
Requirements:
Experience: Candidates with experience in last-mile logistics (3PL) / hyperlocal delivery companies preferred.
Education: Bachelor's or master's in commerce and finance, or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Familiarity with compliance and statutory requirements (GST, TDS).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
