Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (. NET and React) to join our Maintenance Group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable web applications, modernising legacy systems, and delivering high-quality software solutions across the full technology stack. You will work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications that support critical business operations.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using. NET Core/. NET 6+ and React.js .
Build and enhance RESTful APIs, backend services, and microservices-based applications.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Modernise legacy applications and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimise application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for streamlined deployments.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence within the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of professional software development experience.
Strong expertise in C#, ASP. NET Core. NET Framework/. NET Core.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
Familiarity with Entity Framework and ORM concepts.
Experience with Git-based version control systems.
Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and clean architecture principles.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure Cloud services.
Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
